Hannah was 3 months PP and wanted to feel more herself again , improve her fitness and develop some strength, she implemented 3 home workout sessions per week and ran once a week building from being able to do 1 mile to running 5k .

She  dropped a dress size all in just 8 weeks.

 Had never done any weight training before.

After gaining 5 stone during her pregnancy she was determined to get back ti feeling her best.

Her goal was to lose Fat, build some muscle and change her body composition - she worked with me doing 1:2:1 personal training sessions twice a week for 6 months. And she committed to working hard outside of sessions too swimming 4 x per week + and extra weight session at home.

We worked on her building a healthier relationship with food, rather than just focusing on cutting calories we put more focus on food she could  Increase i.e her protein intake to build muscle mass and increase her fat loss
